| Hello, We have a RV300D HDT/Vicat Tester which was installed by your technician on March 15. Now we have a problem. When we turn on machine display show tempature, it seems running, but when we press any button on touch screen nothing happen. SET or RESET button do nothing. We have your machine #8222Electronic Universal Testing MachineUTM, WDTW.
When measuring the ring stiffness of the pipe compress we have two measuring ranges.
1. Up to 5.000 N
2. Up to 50,000 N
When working on measuring range 1 up to 5,000 N, the measuring range can not be rocked at 0 before the measurement starts. I press the Clear button on the screen, while the display shows minus 400 N.
How can I solve this problem, that when I press the clear button the measuring range reaches 0N.
